Are you ready for Annual Unit Inspections?

A practical, easy-to-use inspection form for landlords and property managers to complete annual rental unit inspections. Covers doors and fire separations, alarms, HVAC and ventilation, plumbing, windows, balconies, electrical safety, pests, air conditioners and general unit condition. Includes Pass/Fail/N/A checkboxes, space for notes and required follow-up, plus employee signature and date fields.

It was wonderful to join friends and colleagues at the annual LPMA Charity Golf Tournament in honour of Barry Parker. Barry contributed so much to Ontario’s rental housing industry, and the day was a meaningful way to remember him while raising funds for Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario.
