With more than two decades in Ontario’s multi-residential sector, Theresa has led large, complex portfolios with full P&L accountability, capital planning oversight, and cross-functional team leadership across stabilized assets, repositioning initiatives, and new developments.
She builds the operating backbone behind rental housing portfolios — bringing structure to complexity, aligning teams around measurable goals, and translating strategy into operational performance that protects asset value and strengthens resident experience.
